The International Grievance Committee is a newer structure within Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, created to support fairness, clarity, and accountability within the organization. It is made up of Regional Representatives elected by members in their respective regions.
The committee reviews concerns from members that have already followed the appropriate internal processes but remain unresolved. These matters are evaluated carefully, and recommendations are submitted to the Board of Directors. The committee also works to improve how grievance policies are communicated and implemented—ensuring the process remains sisterly, just, and effective.
The election will take place during the upcoming 2025 Southern Region Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas. Prepare to cast your vote in person or through your chapter's delegate.
